With nearly three years of development, the 1761 .22lr rimfire rifle is the next generation of bolt-action sporting rifle from the ANSCHÜTZ factory in Ulm, Germany.  The rifle is designed with the sporting shooter and hunter in mind, functioning as a magazine fed bolt-action repeating rifle chambered in .22lr 

• The ANSCHÜTZ 1761 HB MPR Multi Purpose Beavertail smallbore match repeater was developed from the needs of shooters from the range and the field. 
• Receiver and barrel are equipped with 11mm dovetails for attaching a scope or peep sights
• The stock combines the advantages of a classic target stock, with the wide and easy to handle beavertail forend 
• Equipped with non-slip and adjustable rubber butt plate and aluminum fore-end rail
• A butt plate carrier can be fitted to the stock enabling the stock to be lengthened
